Taqueria Pasenos LLC was established in 2018. Yilen and Gonzalo ventured off to begin their own food truck after 30 years in the Food industry. They brought their recipe ideas together to give Tucson a twist of Cuban and Bolivian flavors in your favorite dishes and not to forget Tapas Secret Sauce.
